RIGHTS BREAKTHROUGH FOR ARAB WOMEN (Bahrain)
Women in Arab countries are making human rights history as they break down barriers to being treated as full citizens in their own countries. In the past few years, women in Algeria, Egypt, and Morocco married to foreigners have won the right to convey their citizenship to their children. Algerian women can also now extend citizenship rights to their spouses.

LE PROGRÈS DES DROITS DES FEMMES ARABES (Bahreïn)
Dans le monde arabe, on assiste à des percées historiques alors que tombent les obstacles au plein exercice, par les femmes, de leurs droits de citoyennes dans leur propre pays. Depuis quelques années, en Algérie, en Égypte et au Maroc, des femmes mariées à des étrangers ont obtenu le droit de transmettre leur nationalité à leurs enfants. Quant aux Algériennes, elles peuvent maintenant la transmettre à leur conjoint également.
