Japan edge past Bahrain in World Cup qualifier (Middle East Times)

Bahrain’s Abdulla Fatadi (left) is held back by Japan’s Yuto Nagatomo during their World Cup qualifying match in Saitama. Japan took a big step towards the 2010 World Cup when Shunsuke Nakamura scored the only goal in the 47th minute.
