Bahrain’s $8 bln rail plan study seen in 2010 (Reuters via Yahoo! Asia News)

DUBAI, May 12 (Reuters) - Bahrain expects a study for its 3.06 billion Bahraini dinar ($8.12 billion) rail plan to be completed by September 2010 as the Gulf Arab island seeks to ease congestion, a ministry of works official said on Tuesday.
