Bahrain ’safe from credit crisis’ (Gulf Daily News)

ONLY 40 workers in Bahrain have been laid off in the first four months of the year due to the global credit crunch, it was claimed yesterday. This is compared to 54 people laid off during the same period last year, according to Labour Ministry statistics.
