Al Salam Bank-Bahrain Offers to Acquire Bahraini Saudi Bank (Bloomberg)

April 22 (Bloomberg) — Al-Salam Bank BSC, a Bahrain-based Islamic lender, proposed to acquire the entire issued and paid- up capital of Bahrain Saudi Bank BSC.
